Former Deputy Mayor of Rotorua, Trevor is the city's longest serving District Councillor with more than 30 years to his credit. Tourism New Zealand appointed Trevor as Kaupapa Director in 2008, and he is currently Chairman of the Opera in the Park organising committee, Deputy Chairman of Toi Maori (New Zealand Maori Arts Board), and a member of the Rotorua Civic Arts Trust, Lakeside Concert Charitable Trust and the Rotorua Tourism Board. Former leader of award-winning cultural group, Ngati Rangiwewehi, he was also the Te Arawa representative on the Aotearoa Performing Arts Committee.

Michael has been a consultant at Holland Beckett Lawyers since 1996. He is a director of a number of public and local government companies. He is chairman of the Bay of Plenty Regional Council's Quayside Group of Companies, chairman of Craig's Investment Partners Quay Street Asset Management Limited, Custodial Services Limited and Craig's Investment Partners Superannuation Management Limited.

Michael is also a director of New Zealand Golf, Port of Tauranga Limited and First Mortgage Managers Limited. He is currently club captain and a board member at Tauranga Golf Club.

Rob is a Chartered Accountant and has been operating in Public Practice in Tauranga since 1998. He has had a long involvement in the gaming industry through a locally based gaming society, which merged with NZCT in 2005.

Rob is a Trustee of The AIMS Games Trust, which runs the largest sporting event for 11-13 year olds in the Southern Hemisphere. He is also a Trustee of The Sustainable Endeavours Charitable Trust and many private trusts through his accountancy practice.

Jeanna (Ngāti Whakaue, Ngāi Tūhoe and Ngāti Kahungunu) has a postgraduate diploma in finance and a Bachelor of Management studies. She is the commercial manager for Poutama Trust managing the trust's finances and investments, as well as delivering advice to Māori businesses nationally.

For the last 20 years Jeanna and her husband Jim Love ran the NZ Sports Academy using sports as the vehicle to educate rangatahi. She is also a board member of Manaaki Ora Trust, which governs Te Utuhina Manaakitanga Trust and Tipu Ora Trust. She is a shareholder of Four Walls Ltd, looking to provide community housing and is on the management committee of Regional Business Partnership BOP.
